FINDING THE PIXIE DUST IN THE LITTLEST OF MOMENTS…
A proud Ole Miss graduate, Ebony started her career in the Disney college program right after graduation, learning to make magic for all guests. From there, she returned home and began the hustle with three part-time jobs working at the arena in Tupelo, retail, and at the local housing authority, where customer service skills were at the forefront in very different ways.

An Arena Box Office Manager job opened, and she took the role, moving into the sports world full-time. She fell in love with ticketing and relocating guests to give them the best experience, honing her problem-solving skills in that venue for three years.

A job opened at the Memphis Grizzlies as a Box Office Manager, and she moved up to the NBA. Over the past 9 years, she has enjoyed working alongside amazing people and sharing experiences on and off-stage, servicing an incredible range of guests. Her energy transcends the grind and keeps her innovating.

For Ebony, it is the little moments, finding treasures in unexpected places, be it pixie dust at a Disney on Ice show or a rare trinket while out and about, those special moments mean the world.

BEYOND THE EVENTS:
With more mentors than she can name, Ebony credits her success and passion for the amazing people who have influenced her throughout the years: her parents, her high school teachers Lorraine Ballard, Jenny Friday, Todd Hunt, Dwight Johnson, and so many more who have helped her grow, learn, and achieve.

Ebony prioritizes people and relationships, noting that it’s all about filling cups, and when you do that for others, they do it for you. The connections and relationships define experiences and help make you the best version of yourself.

An avid reader, if she’s not working or with friends and family, you can find her nose in a book, soaking in the magic of all sorts of literary works and enjoying the little moments with friends.
