How the Sacramento Kings used Evolved Experience Solutions’ Fan Assessment tool to drive revenue.

There once was a fan, we’ll name her Edith, who had a dream of an affordable beer at the Sacramento Kings game. She attended several games but never saw an affordable beer. 

Meanwhile the Kings could not understand why more fans did not visit the $5 beer stand. So they called in their friends from Evolved Experience Solutions to find the answer. EES utilized their fan assessment tool to help determine if the fan experience was as it should be. They discovered that several fans wanted cheaper beer and did not realize there was a $5 beer stand. The Kings and EES worked together to determine a cost effective solution.

One day Edith entered the arena and the lovely staff that had always greeted her mentioned the $5 beer stand and its location. Finally her dream of an affordable beer at the game had come true. She found the stand, enjoyed a nice cold beverage, and discovered all the other wonderful offerings in this space.

Edith was happy and the Kings had corrected an issue. With this one discovery and minor change in procedure the stand saw an increase in sales of 350% in just one game. Taking revenue from $1,800 to $8,100 and the surrounding concession stands saw an immediate uptick in sales.


With the help of EES the Kings discovered a problem, evaluated the problem, found a solution and garnered positive results which in turn drove revenue.
